Very pleasant building, useful staff. The estuary view here is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Though the area is seemed to be poor, the place is so close to town centre as well as seafront. I tried authentic meals in poolside restaurant, located nearby.

beautiful location, everything amazing. brilliant stuff where happy to help. small balcony for further relaxation. make sure you check out southchurch tandoori, located very close to the venue, and try their food.
